PHASE 02

Develop

We develop customized learning solutions that align with client needs and strategic objectives. This includes defining content, methodologies, formats, and required resources. We create detailed training materials, participant guides, case studies, and practical exercises tailored to the client’s context. The curriculum is designed to be engaging, actionable, and focused on measurable outcomes with strong realworld application.

PHASE 03

Implement

We deliver impactful learning experiences using experiential and blended approaches. This includes workshops, simulations, coaching, and real-world applications.
Our delivery ensures high engagement and practical skill application. We focus on creating an environment that enables learning transfer and immediate relevance.

PHASE 04

Evaluate & Report

We evaluate the effectiveness of the
learning experience through assessments, participant feedback, and trainer observations. This enables us to measure knowledge acquisition and engagement levels. We compile insights into a comprehensive report highlighting strengths and recommendations. This stage aligns with Kirkpatrick Level 1 & 2, focusing on learning experience and learning
outcomes.

PHASE 05

Reinforce

We ensure learning transfer through structured followups, coaching, and on the job application. We design targeted assignments and action plans, supported by continuous follow-ups to reinforce learning. Ongoing engagement mechanisms drive behavioral change through reflection, feedback, and practice. This phase ensures learning is sustained and embedded into daily performance.

PHASE 06

Measure

We measure impact using global frameworks integrated within our MEAL approach. We assess effectiveness across engagement, learning, behavior, and business results. This aligns with Kirkpatrick Level 3 & 4, focusing on behavioral change and business impact. We evaluate how effectively participants apply learning in the workplace and the extent to which it contributes to improved performance and organizational results.
